Front staff was great very professional and informative.
the only downside is the waiting room does not have chairs that fit big people with wide hips or big butts. But they are very nice people working there. They always have a smile on there face and talk with respect to everyone. They are caring. My favorite thing about them is that they where really caring and understanding of my son who has disabilities and mental health issues. Not many people do great with kids with disabilities or other problems but they did above and beyond to make him feel safe and calm way to go to them... read more
Horrible experience overall! Got 3m Invisalign for a year and a half, when I came to the end of my treatment plan they told me my teeth were “straight enough” even though clearly not straight, had to pull up my contract to have them put braces on after being treated like I was inconveniencing the clinic. The actual orthodontist views patient’s mouths for mere moments. Braces they put on were incorrectly tightened and made my front top teeth crooked. WILL BE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE to have their work corrected. BEWARE.
