My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Reynolds office. The staff was very friendly, answered all of our questions and gave us all of our options without making me feel like we were being pushed to do any certain thing. Also I really appreciated Dr. Reynolds including my daughter in the choices and asking her what she felt comfortable with. The office environment is also really neat. Our whole experience from start to finish was flawless and my daughter's teeth look great.
I brought my child in for a consult today. They did a great job being patient with her and making sure that she felt safe and calm. They also made sure to ask her if she had any questions. They were thorough and explained everything clearly.
This office is great! They have the newest technology, fun activities for the kids and even a slushy machine!!! Dr. Reynolds is amazing; he recommended what was best for our situation. We moved to Belgium in the middle of our daughter's treatment and he was able to continue to treat her through the Grin app. They offer flexible payment options. Everyone in the office is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend!
We completed a pair of assessments and orthodontic therapy proposals, the process went smoothly. Staff was friendly, introduced themselves, explained steps throughout appt. Dr Reynold’s considers airway patency/function into treatment plan. He is positive in mannerism to patients- with gifting of presenting the need for changes without making a child feel ‘less than’ in appearance. The entire staff was so personable and helpful. The X-ray process and digital scanning was painless and quick! My visit was short and sweet but thorough!
