Sarah is the worst person at this office. They have hired 2 new people for the window because Sarah is so rude. Something happen at my son last visits and I’m going to find out exactly what. My son started to have a seizure 7 minutes after we walked out of their door.
So my son braces was removed 4/15/24 7 minutes after we left the office my son started to have a seizure. Something happen at that last visit. I will never recommend any human to go here.
Sarah the front desk rep is very rude and has a problem with blacks! She has never worked on my daughter braces until today and now my daughter is in pain. She went from working front desk back to being a orthodontist due to another Ortho bring on maternity leave. I called and spoke with supervisor and she had a nasty attitude as well. Thank for my daughters procedure is almost done because I wouldn’t refer a dog to get braces from here!

Dr. Jones is wonderful and the gals are super nice & knowledgeable. Clean, updated office. State of the art tech. Compassionate & caring. Highly recommend.
