I called this orthodontic office on June 1, 2026, at approximately 4:42 PM to schedule a new patient appointment. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist, whom I believe was named Chy or Shy, left me feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. During the call, I explained that I currently have braces but would no longer have them on by the time of my appointment.
