My experience has been top notch! The staff is very welcoming and friendly, rarely have to wait, and I’m in and out very quickly! Seamless experience so far and happy with my results to date!
If I could give -ZERO I would! I really didn’t want to leave a negative review because our initial experience was actually a good one. But after almost two years, I can’t keep overlooking what has happened. Back in 2024, my son and I went to the Severna Park office. He had already started braces in another state, so he only needed about six months of treatment before having them removed here. We’ve had a wonderful experience over the past 2 years! The staff has always been kind, professional, and welcoming, and they’ve made every visit a positive one for my son. They take the time to explain everything, keep appointments running smoothly, and truly care about their patients. We are very thankful for the excellent care and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great orthodontic team!
