About 3/4 of the way through my treatment, doctor and his team have been great and very helpful when it comes to getting me towards my goals of a straighter smile.
Horrible place. They put up a nice front but they just want your money. The doctors are very inconsiderate and unprofessional. There have been numerous times where they've done something to my teeth that no other dentist would have ever done because it's common sense not to do. Ex: Shaved down one of my teeth. You can't do that because it exposes the nerves and can cause infections. Also, their braces are so flimsy I could eat a banana and the brackets would break. 0/10, I only gave 1 star because the receptionist is nice.
Dr insisted he could fix my lowers with bottoms only in 4 months. After 9 months and little progress, he demanded they come off even tho it didn’t feel right to me. He rudely spoke to me in front of everyone. I was offered to see the other Dr, his son, who also claimed they should come off. Feeling forced as if they wouldn’t do anything else and give no discount if I put uppers on due to their mistakes, I took them off and they are worse than before.
