Not a real walk in clinic ! They have a cap that was reached today at 11:30am, they will schedule you in the afternoon! If you are in pain and something broken avoid this place, go and see a emergency room or a real urgent care walk in clinic !

I fell on the patio of my home. I went to NCH ER, and they said I needed to see an orthopedic physician in 48 hours. That seemed impossible after 5-6 phone calls. So I called my family doctor who recommended this place. I didn't call, my friend just got me there. I waited 4 hours to see someone. (lost 1 star). I finally saw the Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer. Great experience. Knowledgeable PA, she ordered the appropriate xrays to find a nondisplaced bicondylar tibial plateau fracture that a local orthopedic surgeon and local ER "missed"; potentially causing it to displace and require surgery. The entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and thorough. K. Moye, PA-C was competent, personable, and caring. I chose to follow up with this practice even though I live in Cape Coral.

Unfortunately, my visit was a negative experience that left me not only frustrated but in greater physical discomfort than when I arrived. I had completed the new patient paperwork (even though I wasn't a new patient) thoroughly, including a full list of my current medications with dosages and frequency.
