Very welcoming, friendly and kind. Super calming rooms.
Very disappointed. We were patients of Dr Madson until we moved to Sydney and switched to an orthodontist he referred us to. But whilst on holiday in Canberra my daughter’s wire came loose and started causing pain. When I called to see if they would snip it for us to tide her over for 7 days until she was back in Sydney they said yes but at a ‘New Patient’fee of $250!! Amazing experience at Orthoclinic! I cannot recommend the clinic enough! Wonderful staff and excellent Drs. If you need Orthodontics don’t go anywhere else !
