I had a back wire break and Orthoclinic Manuka were able to fit me in within the same week, which I was so grateful for. The care was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything was explained so clearly and I never felt rushed — we went through all the options together and decided on a retainer, which was ready the same day. Very welcoming, friendly and kind. Super calming rooms.
Very disappointed. We were patients of Dr Madson until we moved to Sydney and switched to an orthodontist he referred us to. But whilst on holiday in Canberra my daughter’s wire came loose and started causing pain. When I called to see if they would snip it for us to tide her over for 7 days until she was back in Sydney they said yes but at a ‘New Patient’fee of $250!!
