Staff is very friendly and patient with my elderly mother. Dr Burns is very patient as well and explains everything very clearly.
I have been seeing Dr. Burns for shoulder problems. He is so kind and professional and I highly recommend him and his team in Erlanger.
Dr. Burns is awesome. He takes the time to truly listen to you and your concerns.
I remember when ortho Cincy doctors and staff were abrupt, but not this Doctor and his staff. I respect him because he is caring, thorough, kind, and gentle. His staff is just as efficient and kind. I am glad that I gave ortho Cincy a second chance.
