Rebecca Pfeiffer of OrthoCincy is fantastic! She listens openly to you and your concerns, and gives great information. She tells it like it is, including what options you have, whether it's more tests or in-office treatments. She's sweet, kind, down to earth and treats me with respect and dignity. She knows what she's talking about. She makes me smile every time I see her! I highly recommend her!

Rudest customer service twice from the same lady. It was so bad the doctor even acknowledged to my girlfriend that it wasn't right but did nothing about it. What kind of business puts the person with the worst attitude up front to interact with patients? Too bad because the rest of the staff was decent but after that experience I wouldn't recommend orthocincy to my worst enemy.
