this is very probably the worst run medical office i have ever been to. My appointments are usually 20 minutes to an hour late (that's just to get into the exam room) That's another chunk of time on top of the previous wait. Frankly, i feel like this is a meat market.

Terrible service,not returning your calls. My doctor is there only on mondays and the peson who take the calls for the doctors says i will return your call within 24 house but good luck. I dont understand why they can improve their service. They forgot to request a physical therapy for my serguery and i had to call them to request so basically it took 3-4 weeks for my first physical therapy session.

Bad experience, I was referred by HCP for a fractured finger. Surgery was scheduled, but I was given the wrong appointment time and didn't find out until the day before the procedure. During the whole process, I was never told what time I would need to be picked up, so as a result I didn't have a ride and will need to reschedule the surgery. I spoke with Kiki and she blamed the situation on me and was very rude. She said she didn't care if they have bad Google reviews. So beware!
