Was seen at aftercare for a sports related injury. Staff was efficient and pleasant. Had X-rays and evaluation and was on my way I about hour. Very grateful to have such excellent care even “after hours”.
Was hurting pretty bad but PA just said pain coming from my back and to schedule an appointment with my Ortho Dr. to me that was a waist of time and money. I needed more than that on that day. I tried and tried to call Ortho to make an appointment and was on hold for 35 minutes twice and finally hung up. Had never had that problem before. Three times I tried before an answer.
