One person of the staff that schedules appointments was super rude, unpolite, and non-empathic with me. I was extremely disappointed in the way she handled my case because it made me feel bad, disrespected and guilty for arriving late for a rescheduled appointment. Instead of trying to understand what caused my delay, the person started judging me without even giving me the opportunity to talk.
