The administrative staff exhibited unparalleled incompetence. We were repeatedly double-billed and on multiple occasions had to address insurance claims errors due to misfiling and mislabeling of procedures. Months after we had concluded our visits, we started receiving bills from OrthoCarolina because they had mangled their insurance claim paperwork so badly that they were rejected and they had failed to correct the issue despite being informed and corrected by us at the time. Seemed to me that the PT lady seen tonight was under the influence of something. I did not feel this was a very professional experience or beneficial. I will report to my insurance provider as well.
Physical therapist that I see today was unprofessional and rude .He needs treat patients with respect and learn how to communicate not shutting them up and over talking them.
Made impossible to make appointment had go personally twice and got manager to get them to make an appointment lie to your face very RUDE IN HURRY GET YOU OUT
