Went to another orthopedic practice in Florence, SC and was told I needed to have both shoulders replaced. Friends recommended I see Dr. Paul Rush before I had that done to get a second opinion. He preformed outpatient surgery on both shoulders about two months apart and made all the difference in the world. I highly recommend him!!!!!

Senior year of basketball and injury struck and she was devastated to say the least Needless to say it's been a long time coming but after three months she's officially done with the boot. Grateful to Bill Thomas, PA and the office staff at OrthoCarolina for the excellent care received. She went in with a frown and leaving today with a smile You guys are awesome !!!
The doctors were great and easy to work with. The reason they are getting one star from me is because they have the worst business office I have ever worked with. I was miss informed by their accounts payable office and they acknowledged the mistake was on their behalf. I hate to know that by paying a bill early I was forced to pay another one for the same month. Insane credit department!!!
My 5 yr anniversary of new knees. In April/July 2009, I was 490 lbs and in a wheelchair; today, 305 lbs and walking 3+ miles or bike 10+ miles, 5x week. Dr Ralph Carter and Jesus make a good team. THANKFUL!
