Sadly this location was bought out by PT Solutions. This has made the MyChart app defunct & the app unusable, cannot reach anyone at number provided & no one has followed up on voicemails and emails left. OC was a great place before - I had a positive experience, but this change has been a headache so I will be going elsewhere.
Great PT with Pam Z. and Raymond! She oversees my treatment and helps make the hard work fun. Raymond is also pleasant to work with. Thorough treatment. Some of the best PT I've ever had.
I’ve been going for physical therapy here for a few weeks. The PTs are great, the facility is clean and well-organized.
I am hoping that this review will help this PT office to answer their phone calls. Over the last two weeks I tried to contact this office three times. Two times I couldn’t get through. Once I was hung up, second time no one answered. The third time, just today I got through but they couldn’t assist me. My form has been submitted in the system. I supposed to book my after surgery rehab appointments for January. Scheduler couldn’t tell when I should start my 2X per week 14 week long rehab. She said she will find out. Then I wa... read more
