I LOVE the therapists here. I've been to at least 6 of them and they are all wonderful.
In my opinion and experience, with over 50 reviews as a local guide on Google (only one negative) do not use this practice. How to implode a medical clinic? PT solutions in Hickory is a case study. Change ownership and management without proper infrastructure in place. Replace customer service staff with 1-800 hell. Treat the employees so poorly that they openly talk about interviews in front of patients. Mix up and merge medical records between patients. Todd Bohemier was very nice and knowledgeable this was my first visit and first time going to rehabilitation therapy he was very easy on my back and neck was hurting real bad when I went in. He helped ease my pain a little which is great. Need all the help I can get. Hope keep going will help me deal with this pain better. Thanks
