Everyone was very nice and showed they cared about the patient and know what they was doing .
If you have a serious condition and you’re not the right age, they won’t give you medicine to help you and if you have a serious condition, that’s not good enough to have surgery yet. I can’t seem to help you until it gets bad enough for surgery. you’re better off going to an ER.
Everyone was extremely nice. The PA that saw us was very nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything where you could understand it. Towards the end, he just sat there and talked to us like we had known each other for awhile. Like three friends just have a casual conversation. When we left, we were relieved about the diagnosis that we had gotten from our family doctor because he, the PA, had better explained what was going on.
Very knowledgeable and patient friendly provider. Helped me with my problem and future treatment. Would highly recommend for orthopedic care. I felt like I had been listened to and heard for my issues.😊
Kyle really listened to my problem. After my x-rays he explained everything and I could ask questions. I never felt like he was trying to get rid of me or push me out of the door.
