Fantastic every time. Always prompt and courteous. Medical staff makes sure you understand everything that's going on, and most importantly you get options. This is not a surgery first (unless that's what's needed) kind of place. Highly recommend!

I had a 8:40 appt with Dr Krenzel. I was taken back quickly and the took all the info. Then wait for the doctor to come. I left at 9:40 as he had not come and no one had come and said "I am so sorry, he will be another 10 minutes or..." "can you wait or we can reschedule you". I got up and left. I had meetings at work.
