This place has amazing customer service and they have even come to my house, about an hour away, to make me split boots and also a prosthetic leg when I had an amputation! Anytime I ve had an issue they jump to fix it! Over Thanksgiving weekend Brian evenfixed.my leg when I fell and it broke! Had a new leg within 12 hours! I highly reccomend them!
Terrible follow up don’t do what they say
Orthocare sold me a hyper extension knee brace that did not stop the hyper extension and a foot drop brace that came apart in 6 months. When I told them I did not want the braces and was no going to pay for them they sent me to collections. They want over $1000 for the two useless braces. I plan to call an ADA lawyer.
My husband suffered a stroke back in February and was trying to learn to walk again but his ankle would turn out and make him fall. We were blessed to find Orthocare America who created this custom fit brace for my husband‘s leg and foot. Not only does the brace protect his ankle and keep it from turning out but the hinges on the ankle and foot help his foot lift naturally so he can walk like he supposed to instead of his foot being trapped by a solid brace.
