I went to this orthopedic office hoping for some help with a hip issue, but what I got was confusion, poor communication and unnecessary attitude by the nurse practitioner of the facility. I have already downloaded a CD copy of my hip X-ray (which other doctors have had no issue reading) and mentioned to the lady that was taking down my information, along with an MRI that I hadn't yet been able to share. My mother in law, fell on her shoulder. She got referred by her primary Dr, and the staff and Dr Baker were very efficient, within an hour my mother in law had xrays, Dr Baker explained everything and surgery was scheduled. The best part that the insurance was contacted and an approval was done within 2 days.
I had both knees replaced in a 3 month period. The whole staff was as nice as the could be. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Baker and her NP Mrs Gonzalez! Dr. Baker has a wonderfully distinctive personality. Her NP is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. I am and will continue to highly recommend Ortho Care to anyone with orthopedic needs.
Got a consult and got lots of information on my injury. I will be getting further treatment with physical therapy.
