Naomie has a rad name and pairs with her rad personality— she was warm, knowledgeable, and personally keen and genuinely interested in helping me with things like shipping to a remote location, postal code ambiguities, and optimal rates for me. Beautiful service and made things cruisy for my experience. I’m very much looking forward to having a nice big soft mat to use for my Kinesiology work!

I made an error in my order, then made another error in my cancelling of said order. Naomie M was the associate I dealt with. We emailed back and forth, but I had messed up so many times I could explain it via email, so I called her directly. She was fantastic! She listened to me, repeated back what I had said, so I knew she understood me, fixed my problem, ordered me a new product and I got off the phone feeling heard and happy.
