I had my surgery 2/22 By OrthoArkansas Doctor Allen Smith. The images of my surgery literally look like a Shoe string (fat boys)tied from my shoulder blade bone to my Left Arm bone. This Doctor within 2 weeks. Released me from my sling, AND SENT ME BACK TO WORK Before I started THERAPY TREATMENT. MY JOB DOESN'T HAVE LIGHT DUTY WORK.. 1-star only because 0-star isn't available. I was scheduled for surgery and no one called me the day prior to provide the information I needed. They claim they tried. Also when they couldn't get me by phone they did not message me through their patient portal and they didn't try calling my wife who's number is on my profile. The anesthesiologist didn't fully explain what I was going to experience that day. And MOST TROUBLING, they gave me no after hours number to call if I experienced any complication. Which I did. Dr. Grynwald and his entire team were completely inconsiderate and incapable during my care and surgery prep. I was ignored for hours, poked over and over without them finding a good vein to stick, and even tried to convince me out of my surgery for the sake of them just not wanting to do it. When I asked what was going on or what their plan was I never got a real answer. Grynwald was rude and apathetic to my needs, and the staff did not seem to care about my comfortably. My mom is almost 80 and broke her wrist in 3 places after a fall. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. A few things, they doped her up pretty good after the surgery and they didn't give her time to fully wake up before they discharged her. She was clearly out of it, still asleep, couldn't function on her own but they hurried her on out.
