He was very nice , I really Find the staff very pleasant and I really like Rick. He’s really sweet.They Have a Great staff.
Arrived 10 mins early for husband's first appt with Dr. Ganesh. 30 mins after our appt time, he went to check how far behind they were running and was told he was next. The woman next to me had already been waiting an hour and they had told her she was next. Several patients had already walked out by this time. At check-in, we should have been told dx was running late or given a periodic update as to timing. We left after an hour and will be looking for a new practice.
