My PCP accidentally sent a referral to him instead of a different office. They never called to set up an appointment but have been billing me for a missed appointment for 4 years. Their 3rd party billing agency can't find me as a patient, because I'm not one. They still bill me. I've called the office and they've never done anything to stop the billing. A BBB complaint got them to stop for a short time. I can't recommend being a patient of theirs, because not being a patient of theirs is already a huge hassle
