Poor communication. The doctor that started treatment on my daughter was suddenly no longer working there without explanation or announcement to parents, even though their website still advertises him as being the main doctor. When we first signed the treatment contract we were told she would see the doctor every visit. However, as time went on, my daughter would go 2-3 visits without seeing a doctor.
