Worst experience! Can’t even find the office or parking.
Very disappointed! Horrible communication and customer service. I’m not the one to leave bad reviews. Actually this is my first one! Came here for consultation and was going to buy a 1900$ package. On that day the care credit machine was down (my form of payment). I use this card because I get discounts and points. I highly recommend the dedicated team at Ortho Rejuv - Dr. Mesnier, Kylie & Cassidy - they all do a fantastic job of addressing your needs and explaining all procedures thoroughly. I puchased an age reversal package including various types of laser treatments and am very happy with the results!
This was my first experience with microneedling and Kylie and Cassidy made it great. They both explained exactly what would happen and what to expect. Dr Mesnier did my consultation and she was great, too. I definitely recommend their practice. I had my 2nd session today and Dr Mesnier performed the procedure today. She explained everything every step of the way and she has a great bedside manner. I plan on continuing in her care.
