Most amazing doctor I've seen after being involved in an MVA in Houston where my initial care was given! Staff is completely remarkable from helping with forms to checking out. My nurse made what could have been a very painful situation into a very tolerable. She was making jokes with my husband and having us all laughing. When Dr. Hollman came in the room to see me he was very tentative and cared about the nature of my injuries, how i obtained them and everything. They cleaned my wounds and redressed them. This place is unprofessional. I made an appointment weeks in advance and when I arrived I was told I needed a referral from my family doctor. What a waste of my time! Why didn't they call me? I called a few days before to ask if the appointment was on time and date? They said yes!!! What a total irresponsibility!
Most upbeat, personable, thorough, and helpful place I have been to for medical services. They listen intently and keep everything light hearted and optimistic. I would recommend 10/10. Miss Donna is as good as it gets to get you started!
