I had a motorcycle accident at the end of May and was referred to INTEGRIS for hand surgery with Dr. Rachel Hein and shoulder surgery with Dr. Michael Padilla. This was overall the most pleasant experience I’ve had with surgeons/doctors in my life. Dr. Hein and Dr. Padilla are absolutely amazing at what they do, I couldn’t have asked for better surgeons. No appointment, just walked in, seen quickly. Everyone was kind and helpful.
Saw them twice and all he did was talk to me. Then they send me an extra cost of $20 per visit for what? Just for talking to them. No xrays. This usually happens because someone doesn’t know how to do there job by putting the wrong coding down on form. I actually didn’t get anything out of this place which is par for most medical facilities or doctors.
