This place lacks respect & professionalism - the admin/reception put us through so many hoops even after providing all necessary documents and valid estimates directly from our insurance - which only continued to delay treatment. We decided to find another ortho, and were successful within the week with all of the same paperwork. Beware of this place as their staff clearly isn’t trained properly….
I was referred here by my dentist for an ongoing stiff jaw. The front staff were amazing. They were chatty and very polite. They set my anxiety at rest. They also took care of the X-rays and paper work that had to be completed. I appreciated their professional friendliness. Dr Singh was also very polite and has a calming nature about herself.
