First rate, outstanding staff. Highly recommend them.
My Dr. made a referral to Ortho Montana for my broken finger. She actually sent two referrals, and they never replied to either one. It tells me that they just don't care. I'm even double covered on insurance, so there was no fear of not getting paid. Maybe they didn't feel that the job would pay enough...either way...what a joke!
Husband and daughter both saw two different doctors for two different injuries. Both, Dr Neal and Dr Phipps, are thorough and kind to their patients. They answered all our questions and concerns.
