I bought a bed from this company. They had a special going on at the fair. Most comfortable bed I've owned. It's been about 7 years and it's still amazing. It's an adjustable bed and it's got no dents or weird lumps from changing positions. I'm looking for a bed set in my guestroom and unfortunately have moved out of state so I can't purchase one from ortho. If I could, I would. Great quality mattress!

After my dog destroyed my mattress I went to ortho and while sales rep were on vacation. Yet front office lady and Ramon the fill in they helped me and I am very satisfied and would go back again if I need another
Don’t pick up a load here they tried double booking absolutely rude person in the store
Due to space I cannot add all of our experience with this Company all I could say there no good. This Company made us pay 2wice for an upgrade in their Mattresses that are of no good quality they are hard as stone. They refuse to allow u to speak to anyone above them. Once I did locate the number on my own cause the Supervisor (salesman) refused to provide it along with the Secretary there.
