David was incredibly helpful in explaining the differences between all the mattresses. We asked a lot of questions and made several statements that he gently challenged or encouraged us to reconsider, and I really appreciated his direct communication. We went in on Sunday ( Memorial Day weekend) .. and bought a mattress same day... we took advantage of the Memorial day sale ... We love ouf mattress its a Black Beauty Rest .... David was awesome from beginning to end ... he explained in detail the type of mattress we were getting and how it compared to others in the show room ... we will definitely come back...
