I bought a mattress set on Sunday, they delivered it Sunday evening. No high pressure sales, the transaction was smooth and I love my bed. I bought a hard surface one with all the whistles and bells, elevates head and feet, has a light under the bed and massager. I had initial buyers remorse but soon realized it was a wonderful decision and I am very happy with it. Good service and very customer friendly.
I have been shopping around for matresses for about a week and have done my research, but before I did a little bit of research, I visited ortho and then 2 days after visiting their store, I called to ask about the specs on a specific bed that i was interested in, such as the coil count, the working turns, the type of coil and so on.
