Never buy mattress at Ortho Mattress inc , Imperial Brea, bad quality and very expensive, I bought a twin mattress after 2 week it was sunken, they toldme they can change it, only one time if it past the inspection, but if change it again I have to pay, the new one is again sunken in a month, I don't want trash more money, prefer buy in other place, bad quality, NEVER BUY!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! With no greeting, we werent able to get the emplyers name. We were the only customers in the store and he never made eye contact and ignored us. Furthermore, never listened to what we were saying and just talked to himself, acting like he was our boss. With this situation we chose one mattress and when he told us the price, he randomely threw away the price and threw a blanket very aggressively. WHAT IS WORNG WITH HIM? Came at 10:15 to buy a mattress. Waited. Chad came at 10:22 was not motivated to earn my business. I was not rude I simply said do u work here and was asked if I had a purchase set up . I said no but I came to buy a mattress and was planning on leaving now bec no one here on time . So he said ok no problem. And am on the way to the Whittier location now. Be there when ur supposed to be open you just lost 4,000 dollars
Mattress shopping can potentially be a pain at times, but Candee was friendly and informative to make it a smooth process. Got to try many different types of mattresses while she patiently answered all my questions and helped me find one that best fit my needs. Great service and I highly recommend this location.
