Disappointed In the store we were pleased with the service and quality. However, that all changed once the damaged bed framed arrived and 6 weeks later we still have no bed frame, just a very expensive mattress and one broken promise after another. After speaking to management and head of customer service, I am left with looking for a bed frame somewhere else. Instead of trying to solve the problem, they choose to send us on our way. Disappointing.
I bought a bed set here about two weeks ago. Zeman was my sales guy. Nice enough, seemed knowledgeable. The selection was about as good as any mattress store in the area. I have a bad back and have always heard that firm was the way to go. I'm here to tell you, depending on your back problem, firm can make it worse. The bed I bought was painful to sleep on, and harder than the one on the showroom floor, so after the second night I came back to Ortho looking for a softer replacement.
