Bob was super. He knew his product and recommended my 16-year old with minor back issues, lay down first on a Lansdowne LBT mattress -which was the one she chose after sampling a 1/2 dozen more. Best experience in selecting a mattress possible. Good discounts too. During the same visit, my wife and I decided to get a queen size for us, same model, to replace (I'm embarrassed to say) a 30-year old mattress! My wife and I found the mattress we want, got it delivered the next day during president's day weekend. The whole shopping experience was easy breezy. Sales associate Candee was very patient with our trials in stores. She answers our questions in details and explains each brand's materials and manufacture process. Me and my fiance needed a new mattress we looked around at a few stores with unpleasant sales man and unfair prices but then we came across ortho mattress and thier prices were super fair and the sales man Bob was one of the coolest guys i felt no high pressure vibes and he totally help me through my first mattress purchase....Thank you, Bob

I bought a mattress set on Sunday, they delivered it Sunday evening. No high pressure sales, the transaction was smooth and I love my bed. I bought a hard surface one with all the whistles and bells, elevates head and feet, has a light under the bed and massager. I had initial buyers remorse but soon realized it was a wonderful decision and I am very happy with it. Good service and very customer friendly.
What A Great Mattress? I have Not had a proper bed in over a year and this was my very first time to really go out and buy a Professional, Legitimate, Comfortable Mattress.
