Excellent service, really nice employees and very direct about pricing options!
After going to many different mattress stores we finally found Ortho mattress to be the best. There was a wide range of pricing differences from store to store and delivery was possibly up to 6 weeks time. We walked into Ortho mattress and met Carmen. She was absolutely fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable about the mattresses that they sell. Ours was just delivered after waiting only one week. They're made in the USA and we couldn't be happier with our experience at Ortho mattress.
OMG! Carmen was the best! I was greeted right away and shown all the selections. I was looking for a King and was confused but she steered me to the perfect Mattress which I selected that same day. If you go to the Goleta Ortho Store go see Carmen!
