Leah was helpful, but mistakenly overcharged me and, to correct the issue, canceled the original invoice and issued a new, corrected one. She said Ortho corporate would contact me the refund the overcharge. I have heard nothing since from anyone at Ortho. Enough time has passed, I am beginning to question whether I will (also beginning to question the integrity of the company).
