Sue-Z Tatum and Andy had provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They were both happy to assist my wife and I with any and all questions comments and concerns. I truly find it hard to experience good customer service in this day and age. The process of buying a bed was not something that I thought would be filled with laughter and bonding, but thanks to Sue-Z and Andy my thoughts and expectations were completely reversed.
