Got awesome service from Steven in Pasadena location. Bought my mattress from him as he went above and beyond instead of Emmanuel in Monrovia who tried to sell me a cheap mattress. Emmanuel was going to charge me $50 for delivery. If I could give him zero stars I would.

They gave 5k credit and I liked the bed I tried to get. Unfortunately, when their delivery guys came to my house to deliver it, they didn’t want to move my sofa bed even tho contract says they move your old mattress. The sofa bed is technically a mattress, the contract doesn’t specify about a sofa bed. Delivery guy gave me an attitude about it. Even after I asked him to at least help me move it 5 feet outside the door, he still refused along with his partner. So I told him, take it back. So just like that, I’m cancelling my ... read more
