Disappointed In the store we were pleased with the service and quality. However, that all changed once the damaged bed framed arrived and 6 weeks later we still have no bed frame, just a very expensive mattress and one broken promise after another. After speaking to management and head of customer service, I am left with looking for a bed frame somewhere else. Instead of trying to solve the problem, they choose to send us on our way. Disappointing.
expensive This ortho matress shop is now on sale. But, i wonder how the price is still high altough they are on sale. It doesn't make sense for me. I think it's better to find matress in any other stores because the quality is about the same and i can get the better price. The staff is friendly but i only care about the price and it's expensive tough. I already compared the price with the same item in this store and one store that i finally decided to buy my matress. Convenient Location When I first moved out here I was looking to find a reasonable starter set that would be comfortable, not entirely too hideous and not overly-priced. The first thing I noticed here was that the service wasn't so hot. Perhaps being the student type I was at the time I didn't look to them to be a serious customer-- which is baloney anyway, in my view. Still, they had a fair selection, especially for how centrally-located the store is (just blocks from Old Town). The prices were okay too-- I just get really ... read more
Mattress Gallery is well priced I bought a mattress from here years ago and it turned out to be great. I was lucky to have found this place, all others were overpriced. I recommmend.
Back Problems- Resolved! I have back problems...they run in my family. My doctor told me to get a certain kind of mattress and so I went to Mattress Gallery and not only did they help me find it with no problems. They gave me a great deal! I was surprised at their friendliness and now I sleep a great deal better and so does my wallet.
