Ortho stores are more pricey for branded mattresses like Sealy, Serta, etc. but they have good deals on off-brands. This Pasadena location also had great service and same / next day delivery.
The Lady with the accent is a OK with me. I called the Van Nuys store next door to Dunn Edwards Paints. I mentioned the fourth of July special and she replied back that it's over but there are other bargains with no sales tax and free delivery! I bought a bed set here about two weeks ago. Zeman was my sales guy. Nice enough, seemed knowledgeable. The selection was about as good as any mattress store in the area. I have a bad back and have always heard that firm was the way to go. I'm here to tell you, depending on your back problem, firm can make it worse. High Prices! I kind of felt like the salesman didn't spend much time with my because I'm not that old and I got the distinct impression that he thought I had no money to spend. It was probably from the shocked look on my face at most of the prices. The store itself was nice...but I really didn't end up spending all that much time there! So I went and saw a movie instead...lol
