Buying a bed is definitely hard especially when there are three mattress stores practically right next to each other. Walked into Ortho Mattress and was greeted by Tucker and his amazing Customer Service skills. He answered every question we threw his way with very knowledgeable answers. He was patient and courteous and didn’t push sales on us. We left for a few days came back and were treated with the same amazing service. I purchased a mattress at Ortho and had a great experience. Molly was very friendly and professional. She really listened to what I had to say. After checking out Sit & Sleep (bad experience!!), I came back a short time later. While I was gone, Molly had taken the time to do some research and check out what other stores had, ultimately finding me the exact mattress I wanted. I actually paid $100 more for the mattress than the other store, but the customer service was worth it! Highly recommend!!
