My old mattress was sagging so I was looking for a new one. I went to mattress firm but they don’t have what I was looking for. Either too soft or too expensive. It was a great pleasure to meet Mike at Ortho Mattress who helped me a lot to determine my next mattress all Friday morning. If you have back issues and are looking for a extra firm mattress, you should check out this place. Most other stores carry mostly soft or medium.
Friendly service. Really good discounts. Had a lot of models in stock. Purchased Sunday and delivered the next day.
They are patient and had some great deals. This is our third time purchasing a bed here for our rooms throughout the years. Thank you Mike for your amazing customer service.
Had a very good sales experience there but after a few years, the higher level bed is starting to sag. Never had that before. The quality of Ortho products has gone down.
