We got an ortho mattress here, it was memory foam, started off very firm, were advised it will soften up a bit. Well it softened up a LOT. It formed this sinking space under where i sleep, and it is now painfully soft, less than a year after purchase, but of course after the 3 months period they give it to show signs of defect. Tons of money for nothing, be ware.
My old mattress was sagging so I was looking for a new one. I went to mattress firm but they don’t have what I was looking for. Either too soft or too expensive. It was a great pleasure to meet Mike at Ortho Mattress who helped me a lot to determine my next mattress all Friday morning. If you have back issues and are looking for a extra firm mattress, you should check out this place. Most other stores carry mostly soft or medium.
