One yr waiting for a custom knee brace. No callbacks and my deposit hasn't been returned. Something fishy going on here

I took my Mom 3 weeks ago for back brace And they said they will order the larger size. I have not received any thing yet.every time I call ,they don’t have any clue and put me on hold for 20 minutes.conclusion is my Mom still is in pain with no brace. I talk to her doctor not to refer any one there.

Went in for my measurements for a knee brace almost a month ago. I called today to check on my order just to be told that they see I came in but the order has not been put through meanwhile, I am having difficulties walking and standing without the support of a knee brace. And looking at the reviews this is a common practice.

The worst vendor I have worked with. I came in to get measured for orthotics on 1/14/22. I still don't have them. I called them to follow up on several occasions, but they keep telling me the company that makes them, takes a while to make. I called them three weeks ago and finally said, they were ready and assured them deliver to my home. Three weeks later, still nothing. I call but they don't return my calls. Terrible service .
