Went in on 5-12-25 for an SI joint brace... Didn't receive it until 9-8-25! If you receive a referral to this place I highly suggest you call your insurance and ask to be referred to a different facility. When I went in to get measured for my brace the tech went in the back to retrieve the brace. He came back to inform me that they were out and that he needed to order it and I would have it shortly delivered to my home. One yr waiting for a custom knee brace. No callbacks and my deposit hasn't been returned. Something fishy going on here
I took my Mom 3 weeks ago for back brace And they said they will order the larger size. I have not received any thing yet.every time I call ,they don’t have any clue and put me on hold for 20 minutes.conclusion is my Mom still is in pain with no brace. I talk to her doctor not to refer any one there.
Went in for my measurements for a knee brace almost a month ago. I called today to check on my order just to be told that they see I came in but the order has not been put through meanwhile, I am having difficulties walking and standing without the support of a knee brace. And looking at the reviews this is a common practice.
