The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with! My medical group sent me there for a breast prosthetic and bras 9/21/23. First they kept me on hold when I went to make a copayment.then it took them three tries to get their payment equipment to work. It is now over six weeks and I have not received my prosthetic or bras. They are on backorder according to the business.I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and my medical group. My cast was removed from my leg on Nov. 1. On Nov 3 I was fitted for a boot. It was not in stock so I was told it would be sent over the next day. I drive an hour again to pick up the boot. Nothing. It is now Nov 30 and I have called 17 times. Still no boot. No messages have been retuned. *****, the woman I keep speaking to, is ZERO help. In fact, in my opinion, she has NO idea what she is doing or how to do her job. I think she reads a script. This business is NOT recommended.
