Husband and I had an orthotic assessment today with Anna Kruithof and she was amazing! So patient, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to ensure we had the best for our feet. Felt like she was super genuine and did not try to oversell us which we truly appreciated. Such a kind and honest woman. Ortho Design was a great choice!
Having a disability born with no thumbs I had a fall and broke my right hand ended in cast for 7 weeks it didn’t heal as expected so went to a hand specialist ended up having 2 surgeries and then going to blackbird where they made me a splint with a thumb but couldn’t use for some daily routine so they had gave me briget name and also hand surgeon dr laverty recommended to go see then so we saw briget in Nelson but ended up going to Kelowna in the few days with her and the team they made me thumbs they are very quick and ver... read more
They canceled my appointment 2 times the same day of the appointment just a few hours ahead. I managed my time and ride for these 2 appointments. But they just called and canceled them.
We have been going to Birgit for the last 6 years; my daughter has a spinal cord injury so leg braces will be part of her life for many years to come as well. Birgit is one of the best - she’s super experienced, she has a great sense of humour, makes the appointments fun for kids, and she’s good at what she does. The lab is always available to make adjustments whenever we need. The whole team is fantastic and needless to say, totally competent, and just overall a pleasure to work with. Keep up the great work guys!
Staff are all kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Always a pleasant experience. Well designed orthotics, plus cute designs for kids and adults alike. Highly recommend.
