Great Doctor I have been a patient of Dr. Vice's for about 13 years. I am very pleased with the care he provides and the advice he gives. He knows when a problem is beyond his scope, and will refer me to an appropriate specialist. I never have a problem getting an appt. in the clinic--if not with Dr. Vice, then usually with Dr. Burris if it is an urgent situation. I definitely recommend Dr. Vice to anyone looking for a PCP in the Benton/Bryant area.
More than just a clinic I have been a patient of the clinic for about three years now, and my doctor the wonderful doctor Hought, has always taken great care of me. DR. MOSLEY NEEDS HIS LICENSE REVOKED!! Dr. Mosley put my sister and her baby at risk ONLY so he could be home in time for dinner. He induced her labor (broke her water) without even asking her first....after she had labored all night ON HER BACK! Yes, thats right! She wasn't allowed to get up to PEE all night long....What idiot doesn't know that to stimulate labor you let a pregnant woman walk and she will progress on her own IF her baby and her body are ready to deliver? Ouachita Valley Family Clinic I go to this clinic all the time. I have never seen Dr. Deluca. I usually use Dr. Crump but now im not so sure because i have had two tests on my gallbladder and he told me both times that I was normal, but Dr. Perkins told me that i was in need of getting my gallbladder removed! So I am not sure that I will personally use Crump again. And yes, the front desk ladies are rude and short with you. I dont like going there because of this mainly. Only place in Camden If you live in Camden and don't want to travel outside of Camden to see a doctor you don't have much of a choice-you have to go here. Most of the doctors are excellent. Dr. J DeLuca has been rude on several occassions to family members of mine. And a few of the younger nurses seem extremely lazy. They are out growing the facility very quickly and need to look into relocating to a larger building soon. Rude I know a few Doctors at the clinic as well as nurses and they are great. But the past week I have run into several rude people, and this isn't the first encounter. This is no to take away from the great Doctors who work there. I have had first hand encounter with Doctors Brunson and Braden. The clinic just needs to reassess the front desk personnel and other staff members.
Great friendly doc I grew up with Dr. Burris. She is an excellent person as well as doctor. I have gone to BFC all my life. Dr. Steward has always been my PCP, but I switched to Cara when she came on board. I have been extrememly happy with her. Knowing her from school, I can assure you she is very smart and knowledgeable.
Good doctors are hard to find I have been using Dr. Williams at Benton Family Clinic for several years now and although I have now moved to Hot Springs and live more than 30 miles from the clinic I still choose to use her as my primary care provider. She is very understanding and caring, very professional and has an amazing ability to read between the lines. Wonderful service, excellent care. Have been a pt. at this clinic since 1998. These people are great! The doctors and nurses make an effort to know not just the patient's symptoms, but their family and lifestyle as well. They listen, and truly empathize. The ladies at the reception desk are quick to pass on information, and make every effort to keep things moving. Busted? Payment arrangements are entirely possible.
