Wonderful experience! Very thankful he fixed my knee issue, and was very friendly and personable. So was the X-ray tech person.
The state of medical care these days is in general not very good. At least from a customer service standpoint. It has been a very refreshing experience to work with Dr. Allan Smith and his staff at Ortho Arkansas this week! Dr. Smith did a great job replacing one of my hips almost 10 years ago and it is still doing great. He also repaired a rotor cuff about 11 years ago it is also doing great.
