I have worked at OrthAlign for almost 8 months and have enjoyed the team and work environment.
My Girlfriend worked here for over a year. and was promised rases every other month and taking on more responsibilities. Trainings new employees etc. She never once saw a raise and now we are having to go to court to get this settled. If your thinking about working here stay far away. They will abuse you as an employee and pay you the absolute minimum while having you do more work than anyone else.
